- Özel dekorasyonlu projeler, Ares fuarcılık tarafından onaylamak zorundadır.
- Dekoratör firmalar, standları fuar alanında monte edilecek biçimde demonte tasarlamalıdırlar. Fuar alanında kaynak yapmak, makineyle parça kesimi, boyama- yapıştırma vb. işlemeler için çalışma yapmak yasaktır.
- Salonlarda her ne maksatla olursa olsun, uçan balon kullnımı yasaktır.

- Special decoration projects are subject to the ratification of Ares Fuarcılık.
- The firms of decoration have to draw the stands in the form to be assempled in the fair ground. It is prohibited to cut
parts with machines, dyeing, sticking etc. in the fair ground.
- For whatever reason, it is prohibited to use any flying balloon in the exhibition areas.

5 - Elektrik Kullanımı / Electricity Supply
1. Trafeze elektiriğin makineye bağlantısı ya da birden fazla makineye dağılımı firmaların sorumluluğundadır.Malzeme ve montaj işçiliği firmaya aittir.
2. Kullanacağınız trifazelerde kw tam olarak beliritiniz.
3. Trifaze ya da monofaze tüm bağlantılar için elektrik panosu getirmeniz önemle rica olunur.
4. Kw'ı eksik bildirmeniz ve elektirik panosu getirmemeniz durunmda standınıza elektrik verilemeyeceğini önemle bildiririz.
5. Trifaze ya da monu faze elektrik bağlantısı için kesinlikle onay alınması gerekmektedir.
6. Organizatörden önceden talep edilmesi koşuluyla standlara , 200 USD ücreti karşılığı 24 saat elektrik sağlanır. 		1. Connection of triphase electricity and distribution to machines more than one are in the responsibility of the participants.
2. Please indicate teh exact kw needed for triphase.
3. For tirphase connections participants must supply their own electric panel.
4. If the participants has not indicated the exact kw needed and doesnt have an electric panel , electricity will not be connected. This is very important.
5. Please get approval from the organization company for all singlephase or three phase electricity connections.
6. An electric servise of 24 hours will be provided with paying of 200 USD request beforehand.

- Stand cleaning service covers only carpet cleaning and discharge of the waste bins, precision cleaning for machines and materials exhibited is not in the scope of the general cleaning services. Please let us know the date and time for cleaning.
